During my recent stay in Playa Blanca , I had the opportunity to stay at Villa Tenike. The location of this hotel was perfect for me as I was only there for transit during my travels. The nearest airport was just 30 km away, making it extremely convenient for my short stay. the detailed instructions provided in English for the TV channels, although slightly confusing at first, were helpful once Yassel came by to assist me. It was great to have access to a variety of channels, including BBC, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Villa Tenike, there were a few minor drawbacks to my stay. the layout of the villa was not ideal as the living room had frosted glass at both ends.

This villa has a marvelous terrace, spacious and completely private, perfect for relaxing by the nice warm swimming pool. the location is ideal, close to both the Rubicon Marina and the Playa Blanca area, offering easy access to shops and eating places. Facilities such as a well-furnished interior, clear instructions for check-in, and prompt communication with the owner make for a comfortable stay.

Free private parking: Imagine the joy of finding a free parking spot in a busy city. Now multiply that joy by a hundred when you realize that you have a private parking space all to yourself at this fabulous villa. No more circling the block or fretting about parking tickets!

Cleaning miscommunication.

The villa at Villa Tenike was amazing! I felt like I was staying in a luxurious home away from home. The flat-screen TV and well-equipped kitchen made it so convenient for me. The air conditioning in the villa was a total lifesaver in the hot Lanzarote weather. And the free private parking and free WiFi were the cherry on top!

Personally, I wish the villa had a dishwasher. But hey, that's just me.

The villa is amazing! The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals during our stay. We loved having the convenience of a washing machine for our laundry needs. The air conditioning kept the villa nice and cool, making it a perfect escape from the heat outside. The free private parking and 24-hour front desk gave us peace of mind during our stay. The free WiFi allowed us to stay connected and share our wonderful vacation moments with our friends and family.

Personally, we found the bathroom a bit small, but it still served its purpose well.

We got great value for our money at Villa Tenike. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca but still peaceful. The staff, especially Yassel Perez, were efficient and helpful, addressing any issues immediately.

The only small improvement I could suggest for breakfast is to offer a wider variety of options.

The terrace was absolutely mind-blowing, with a super spacious and completely private swimming pool. The owner was incredibly efficient, fixing any problems in a jaw-droppingly quick manner. The villa itself was fantastic, with clean and tasteful decorations, and a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool and terrace area offered complete privacy, which was exactly what we wanted. We can't recommend this villa highly enough, it was well worth the price. We're already hoping to return next year!

Fantastic holiday villa, clean and spacious. Good communication with the owner who answered questions promptly. The villa is well furnished and we felt at home. Easy walk to shops and eating places, but far enough away to not be noisy. Lovely pool and both inside and outside seating areas. Close to a bus stop with regular buses to the airport.

The cleaners were unaware of our early check-in arrangement, so we had to wait for over an hour before entering the property. Slight issue with the cleanliness of the pool, even after requesting a pool cleaner.

The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants only a 10-minute walk away. it was a really good place to stay.

Inside the villa, the living room felt a bit bunker-like due to frosted glass on both ends. It would have been nice to have curtains for more privacy.

I recently stayed at a fantastic villa in Playa Blanca for 11 days. The location was perfect, close to Rubicon Marina and Playa Blanca, yet in a quiet area. The villa itself was incredibly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I loved the clear instructions from the owner, Yassel Perez, on how to access the villa. The private outside space and small pool were great for relaxing. I couldn't fault my stay at Villa Tenike.
